Return Policy

At Nåd, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must: 

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Be sealed in its original packaging.
  • Have an original receipt or proof of purchase from our website www.nadfragrance.co.za.

 Please note that:

  • Purchases made from third-party sales agents or stockists must be returned through the original retailer or sales agent.
  • Certain products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons (bath & body, hair & beard, personal care, and perfume products).
  • Promotional gifts must be returned with the original order.
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced if notified within 3 working days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Cancellations and changes cannot be made after payment has been received.
  • Improper storage or usage damages are the responsibility of the buyer.
