At Nåd, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Be sealed in its original packaging.
- Have an original receipt or proof of purchase from our website www.nadfragrance.co.za.
Please note that:
- Purchases made from third-party sales agents or stockists must be returned through the original retailer or sales agent.
- Certain products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons (bath & body, hair & beard, personal care, and perfume products).
- Promotional gifts must be returned with the original order.
- Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced if notified within 3 working days of receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Cancellations and changes cannot be made after payment has been received.
- Improper storage or usage damages are the responsibility of the buyer.
